Ebay listings for free this sunday...if i use the scheduled start date/time facility will i pay the 16p charge?

Yes, If you use scheduled you will still be charged the scheduled fee.
Also do not use Turbo Lister or ANY bulk relist tools as the listings will then not be free.

There are going to be a lot of sellers getting unexpected bills if they use Turbo Lister on this Sunday's Free Listing Day
