How can I create a second account on Ebay without registering again?

And do I have to have a second email address?

You can have a second eBay account (I use one for selling, and one for buying). You just need to use a different email address for the second account. You can also use the same credit card/bank account info for both eBay accounts.

So unfortunately, you'll have to register again, but it's really very easy.
