Fruit and veg shop? Good Money?

Im thinking of opening a fruit and veg shop in my home town, its a very good location... overall is fruit and veg a good seller??

Fruit and veg shops seem to be in decline as people tend to buy all their food in a supermarket these days. I would research your local town very carefully before going any further.

• Why would people buy from you instead of the supermarkets? If you can come up with a compelling reason that will drive customers to your shop, then you possibly have a business that will make good money. You mention that it's in a good location. What makes it a good location? Is this a business that someone else is selling? Make sure you find out exactly why they're selling. Reasons like retirement or ill-health may mask a lot of problems.
