We work for Document Outsourcing and are about to begin our busy period.?

How can we go without any defects during annual billing and keep the o.t.d up? And keep Arthur McCormick happy not grumpy or sleazy or even sleepy.We work like slaves all year round for low income that cant keep me or my cat and pet rooster. please advise.
