Of course someone is stealing the money who do you think it is the fairies!! I owned a catering business and staff were always stealing money. Even a 55 year old lady with wonderful references stole £50 when i was not looking. You need to talk to your manager (maybe its him) who knows. When you check the till you must have someone with you. You both sign a piece of paper stating how much money was there and you hold on to the paper. There must be someone in overall charge you can talk to.

  • If you dont know them personally, dont trust them. Watch your drawer. People steal more than you may think

  • You could just cancel one of the orders after the customer has paid, or just discount it.
