Ebay: you cant edit your unsold items until you relist them, am i correct here?

• You cannot edit your items during the last 12 hours of the auction either, besides not being able to edit the description after someone bids.
  
  Oh and even if someone does bid you can still keep adding to the description but have to leave the original description and all previous addendums as they were.
• No, you're wrong. You can edit, up to the time you have a bid on the item. Then any editing is restricted to 'additional information'
