Is this possible on paypal?

My paypal account is not verified,and i want to purchase an item using ebay and paying through paypal aabout $3500. just wondering can i pay that much amount in one go or do i have to be veified?

I think you can only spend £1750 in a year without being verified.If you look into paypal it will give you the answer.
