Resolved Question
How much can a 14 year old charge for dog walking?
How much could I charge, or would you pay, per dog, per hour of dog walking, in the UK?

Well in my area (Shropshire) Adult Dog Walkers charge £6 per hour. But if you are prepared to give a dog a genuine, good walk and give it lots of affection and do not just look at it to make some easy money , considering your age (sorry) then I think you could start off at £3,.75 per hour and then if you are good and reliable and kind to the dog ("word of mouth" then will play a big factor) then when you are established up your rate to £4.50 - £5.00 per hour. Hope it works out for you and good luck x

- As much as you want and the dog owner would be willing to pay. After all it is you time and energy that your using up. But if I was to pay i woudl probably pay around £3 to £4 per walk. That's just me!
- I'd say £3.50 per dog per hour but if it's a small dog e.g. minature poodle then £3.00 and if it's a big dog e.g. great dane then £4.00 :)
- £3.50 an hour - just a guess.
- £5
- as much as you want your only doing it for a bit of money id do it 2.50 4.00
