UK Trademark question?
Does anyone know if you only need to get your business logo trade marked in the UK if your business is selling a product ? or does it still apply if your business is providing a service ? i.e like a physio, chiropractors, etc.
Or is it best to apply for a trademark for your company logo regardless of whether its a product or service your company is providing.
Would appreciate any advice.

It doesn't matter what you're selling. If you believe you have a name that's worth trademarking and you're willing to go through the process of doing so, go for it.
