Leasing a business premises?

I'm thinking about opening my own business, and there are brand new retail units being built in my area. Does the landlord fit all the electrics like wiring and lights etc. or is that a cost I need to factor into my costs? Any help will be appreciated.

It does depend on the individual landlord. Most will put in basic wiring but if you need more than that and in specific places it will be up to you. Speak to the agent who's handling the lettings and ask what's included.
